Clenn Frost - Chief Executive Officer

Clenn Frost

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Clenn brings a deep commitment to service and excellence. Shaped by his experience as an Army veteran, Clenn has led teams in healthcare companies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic – reflecting his passion for supporting mission-driven organizations that create real impact. Prior to joining Helping Hands Family, Clenn led an operating division at DaVita that consisted of 70 outpatient dialysis facilities. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for an ophthalmology company with 25 practice and ambulatory surgery center locations.

Clenn has a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Chief Operating Officer

Jeanine Weichelt, M.Ed., BCBA

Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.

Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Koczo

Andrew has over a decade of experience in strategic finance roles, and has worked as both a healthcare investment banker and investor. He has worked with healthcare companies ranging from family and founder owned small businesses to Fortune 100 enterprises on M&A, financing, and other strategic transactions. Andrew has a passion for working with organizations like Helping Hands that improve access to high quality healthcare for families.

Andrew has a BA from Swarthmore College and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Chief Growth Officer

Brad Wiedman

Brad brings over 20 years of experience leading and scaling healthcare organizations through strategic growth and innovation. His leadership has spanned roles at DaVita Kidney Care and ObjectiveHealth, where he focused on building strong teams, expanding access to care, and driving meaningful impact for patients.

At HHF, Brad will support our growth functions across Business Development, Marketing, and Real Estate to help more families in need!

Busayo Ola Ajayi, MS, SCP, SPHR, SPTDC, PAHR

Busayo is a healthcare leader and innovator with over 15 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. She is passionate about helping healthcare professionals create phenomenal work environments that foster culture, engagement, and performance. Busayo’s previous experience was with a consulting firm that provides data-driven people strategies for healthcare leaders and organizations. With her experience in leadership and learning in organizations, Busayo has designed and delivered numerous programs, events, and content for healthcare leaders.

Busayo has an MSHRD in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.

Sarah Vega, CHC

Sarah Vega is the Director of Compliance at Helping Hands Family, where she leads efforts to ensure ethical, high-quality care through strong regulatory practices. With a background in healthcare compliance, Sarah brings deep expertise in building effective compliance programs, training teams, and managing audits.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to integrity, Sarah plays a key role in creating a culture of accountability and excellence. Her work helps ensure families receive the best possible care in a safe and compliant environment.

Sarah earned both a bachelors and masters of science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky
