Our Simple Intake Process

Initial Phone Call
Our Care Coordination Team will guide you through the process, inform you about our services, and ensure our program is a fit for your family.
2.
Collection of Documentation
Insurance mandates that we collect specific information prior to moving forward.
3.
Assessment
We schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that takes four to six hours in our clinic or in your home. We observe and assess your child’s behavior and skills.
4.
Treatment Plan Creation
We provide a written report with recommendations for services, we will walk you through the treatment plan, and then submit to the insurance company for approval. After approval, services can start immediately.

From the first phone call or online inquiry to our clinic, you’ll have a seamless experience that starts with meeting us and learning about our program to make sure it’s a fit for your child and your family. A care coordination specialist will review what documentation you will need to gather

Collection of Documentation
Insurance mandates we collect specific information prior to moving forward. The information we collect is:
- A doctor’s prescription
- A diagnostic report for autism
- Front and back image of your insurance card
Assessment
Once documentation has been submitted and approved, we schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that takes four to six hours in our clinic or in your home. We observe and assess your child’s skills during this time to come up with goals and a treatment plan. We also encourage you to ask any and all questions.
Treatment Plan Creation
Following the assessment, we provide a written report with recommendations for services. We will meet with you to walk you through the entire plan and report. The report with our recommendations is then submitted to the insurance company for approval. After approval, services can start immediately.
