RBTs are the backbone of Helping Hands Family, and we prioritize their development with our RBT Rise Program. This behavior technician development program provides skill development and career advancement opportunities for HHF’s full-time RBTs.

Level-Based Advancement

Each level of the RBT Rise program can offer:

Career Development Opportunities

Level advancement adds assignments that provide additional experience in the behavior science field. This is designed to build:

Increased Compensation

A pay increase is included at each level advancement, ensuring that you are compensated for your success and progress!

Rise Program Levels

Below are the RBT Levels with the responsibilities added after level advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients.
  • Meet with BCBA periodically to review patient’s care progress.

Eligibility

  • RBT Exam Pass Day

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients.
  • Meet with BCBA periodically to review patient’s care progress.
  • Guide new behavior therapists through their shadowing stage.

Eligibility

  • 6 months certified as a Level 1 RBT

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients.
  • Meet with BCBA periodically to review patient’s care progress.
  • Guide new behavior therapists through their shadowing stage.
  • Coach new hires during shadowing and BST.
  • Mentor new hires.

Eligibility

  • 9 months as a Level 2 RBT
