RBT Rise Program

RBT Career Path

RBTs are the backbone of Helping Hands Family, because you ensure quality treatment is provided to our clients. With every therapy session, you positively impact a child and their family, helping us accomplish our mission to “make autism services personal“.

Knowing the importance of our RBTs, we created the RBT Rise Program for our current full-time RBTs! We want to support you throughout your career at HHF through a built-in clinical support system and this RBT development program, which offers ample career advancement opportunities during your time at HHF.

Benefits of the RBT Rise Program

Level-Based Advancement

The RBT Rise program has 3 levels that you are eligible to advance to once you meet all level qualifications and complete the required application. Advancement to a new level in the program may offer increased leadership experience, additional education, and pay increases.

Career Development Opportunities

Level advancement adds job responsibilities that offer experience in the behavior science field. Also, each level provides increased responsibility for developing your leadership ability.

Increased Compensation
