Our Supervisor of BCBA Development contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by overseeing supervision and leading clinical development for Fellows and BCBA’s to uphold our standards of quality. This team member will also:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fellowship Support:
Ensure program fidelity by:
Provide introduction and orientation to the fellowship program and requirements to new Fellows
Oversee and support Clinical Directors and Lead BCBA’s in all active HHF markets in implementing fellowship rubric and provide additional supports to Fellows or BCBA’s identified by the Clinical Directors.
Oversee Clinical Directors in ensuring that all BACB supervision requirements are being met
Provide a combination of remote and in-person oversight of Fellowship program implementation and integrity
Monitor, measure, and assess program fidelity via department selected and / or designed tools
Ensure program efficacy by:
Monitor, measure, and assess program efficacy via department selected KPI’s
Track and report on Fellowship program quality metrics monthly
Grow the Fellowship program by:
Assist in expanding the Fellowship program with roll out to clinical sites
Assist with establishing and maintaining university relationships and partnerships.
Track and report on Fellowship program growth metrics monthly
Work with the Director of Quality and Education to continue to evolve, improve, and enhance the Helping Hands Family Fellowship Program
First Year BCBA Support:
Provide training topics and/or development events
Support with the transition of team members from the Fellowship Program into BCBA roles
Oversee and support Clinical Directors in follow through, application, and generalization of “year one” skills content for their BCBA’s
Further development of the Post-Certification BCBA Development, and development of “year one” HHF BCBA’s
General:
Ensure all trainings meet the BACB task list or requirements per the roles
All other duties assigned.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Passion for clinical training and development.
Valid BCBA Certification Required.
Certified 5+ years as a BCBA, leadership experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident communication skills for interactions and trainings of Team Members.
Ability to explain technical aspects of ABA in non-technical ways to facilitate learning
Ability to travel within assigned area: Expectation to be at a clinical site 1-2 days per week (you may be asked to spend time at some sites more than others each month, depending on clinical need)
