Make a meaningful impact in the Autism Community! As a Care Coordinator at Helping Hands Family, you will guide families through the intake process, ensure all necessary documentation is completed, and coordinate initial steps to begin ABA services.

This is a hybrid role: Monday – Thursday at our Support Center in King of Prussia and work from home/remote on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate prospective clients on the services offered by Helping Hands Family.
- Communicate with clients during the admissions process regarding status, timelines, and additional information needed.
- Assist families in obtaining necessary paperwork for the intake process, including communication with diagnosing physicians.
- Gather and verify insurance information to determine covered services.
- Manage insurance case management, including obtaining authorizations and maintaining relationships with care coordinators.
- Maintain data integrity in practice management and electronic medical records systems, including data entry and auditing.
- Manage intake for potential new clients, medical records, data entry, and processing for new markets until a Program Support Specialist is onboarded.
What You Bring:
- 1+ year(s) of healthcare customer service experience
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or other disabilities, a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Passion for helping families access support for their children
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
