Julie Meter, M.S., BCBA, LBS
- Field of Focus: Applied Behavior Analysis
- Years of Experience: 17
- Undergraduate Degree: B.A. in Psychology and Public Relations from Penn State University
- Graduate Degree: M.S. with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from St. Joe's University
For over 17 years in the Applied Behavior Analysis field, Julie has passionately delivered collaborative and innovative care to ensure every child she serves has the best outcomes possible! Due to her successful track record, Julie advanced into leadership roles at Helping Hands Family with the goal of increasing access to care for children with autism. She is currently the Clinical Quality Director, ensuring our autism treatment reaches the highest standards.
When she is not providing clinical and operational leadership, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. As a mother, she brings a never ending dedication to helping children and their families!
Paige Pieretti, MS, BCBA, LBA, LBS

- Undergraduate Degree: M.S. in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University
- Graduate Degree: B.A. in Psychology from James Madison University
Paige is driven by her passion for helping children and their families navigate the symptoms of ASD and make meaningful change. In her decade in the field, she has taken an individual approach to treatment by teaching skills meant to help each individual meet their fullest potential! Paige’s secret ingredient is her belief that therapy should be fun!
After spending 7 years as a BCBA, Paige earned a Clinical Director role. She currently leads Helping Hands Family’s clinic in Mount Lebanon, and through her leadership, ensures families receive top quality treatment!
