Chief Operating Officer
Jeanine Weichelt, M.Ed., BCBA
Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.
Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.

Jessica McGlone, MA, BCBA, LBS
Jess McGlone has nearly 20 years of clinical experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has experience managing therapeutic clinics, and providing support and mentorship to BCBA and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff. In her role as Director of Quality and Education, Jess hopes to uphold and elevate the standard of care we provide to our clients. She also has a passion for staff development and clinical growth.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rosemont College, her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College, and her Master’s certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.

Julie Meter, M.S., BCBA, LBS
Julie brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and is a highly regarded clinician in Philly in the ABA community. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she believes every child is unique and deserves an equally unique care plan. Julie is passionate about supporting team members to provide collaborative and innovative care to ensure each child has the best team and outcomes possible. She has provided clinical and operational leadership to growing teams and is excited to increase access to high-quality care for children with autism.
Julie graduated from Penn State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Public Relations and received a Master’s degree with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from St. Joe’s University.

Kate Dalcour, M.S., BCBA, LABA, LBS
Kate’s passion for helping individuals with special needs has driven her 20 plus year career in ABA, including over a decade of experience as a BCBA! Her goal is providing individualized care and services to serve the unique needs of each child and their family.
Kate’s approach to autism therapy ensures a child’s progress extends beyond the clinic. She prides herself on the caregiver training she provides families. For children that have several therapeutic services, Kate always coordinates with the other professionals involved to maintain continuity of care. This approach has powered her in the Director of Integrated Therapy Services role at Helping Hands Family!
Kate received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a specialization in developmental disabilities from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also earned a master’s degree in special education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in San Diego. Kate completed her ABA graduate coursework sequence from St. Cloud State University.
Executive Clinical Director
Dr. Vanetta LaRosa, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA-D
Dr. Vanetta R. LaRosa has dedicated her 30 year career to helping individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, profound multiple disabilities, ADHD, behavioral challenges and more.
Vanetta completed a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a sub-specialty in human learning and development from Southern Illinois University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst. Dr. LaRosa completed a Post Doctoral Re-specialization in 2016 under the professorship of the esteemed Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg, a world leader in Neuroscience.
Vanetta teaches both undergraduate and graduate psychology courses for 20 years. In addition to her editorials, publications, and presentations, she also founded and leads a charitable recreational program for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
