BCBA Responsibilities
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts are leaders in the clinics and guide ABA therapy sessions. Some BCBA responsibilities include:
- Conducting autism assessments
- Creating behavior plans & educating families
- Implementing plans & directly supporting clients
- Supervising RBTs & providing daily lesson guidance
- Training staff & evaluating to enhance client care
- Collaborating with families & caregivers
- Analyzing client data & adjusting behavior plans
