Shanna Bahry, PhD, BCBA-D
- Field of Focus: Applied Behavior Analysis

Dr. Bahry is a board-certified, doctoral-level behavior analyst (BCBA-D), and licensed behavior analyst in Massachusetts (LABA) and Rhode Island (LBA). She has been working with individuals with autism spectrum and related disorders for over 15 years in a variety of settings. Dr. Bahry received her PhD in applied behavior analysis from Endicott College, under the advisement of Dr. Peter Gerhardt. She has authored several publications and presented nationally and internationally within the areas of adaptive behavior programming leading to optimal outcomes in adulthood, including teaching practitioners the skills needed to target meaningful goals with effective and efficient teaching methodologies. Dr. Bahry currently serves as the Executive Director of Meaningful HOPE, an agency committed to helping practitioners and families best support individuals with disabilities in preparing for a meaningful life in adulthood. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College’s Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences.

Leaora L. Wagner, M.A., BCBA, CTRS-E, Ed.D.

Dr. Leaora L. Wagner has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over two decades, being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over a decade. Early in her career, Dr. L worked at programs such as Kennedy Krieger Institute and has worked as an Associate Professor at John Hopkins University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. L has presented across three continents, including presenting in the United States, Australia, and Europe. Dr. L has published multiple articles in the field of organizational behavior management including staff training and implementing organizational changes to support growth and development. Dr. L has professional interests in contemporary Applied Behavior Analysis, organizational behavior management, best practices in leadership, and supporting children and their families through a trauma informed lens. In her spare time, Dr. L spends quality time with her French bulldog, Poppy Lou, and is in the process of becoming a foster parent.

Kate Dalcour, MS, BCBA, LABA, LBS

Kate Dalcour is a highly experienced behavior analyst and clinical leader with over two decades of expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and interdisciplinary service delivery for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. She currently serves as the Regional Director of Quality at Helping Hands Family in Pennsylvania, where she oversees clinical outcomes, supports clinical leadership, and drives quality improvement initiatives across the region. Throughout her career, Kate has launched and overseen integrated therapy programs, developed and implemented trainings for BCBAs and Clinical Directors, and driven organization-wide quality improvement efforts. She is licensed in multiple states and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2012. Her expertise spans clinical compliance, interdisciplinary service integration, and staff development. She is passionate about advancing high-quality, ethical, and family-centered care in behavioral health.
