Developed over her 15 years in ABA, Laura has a particular passion for creating systems to optimize effectiveness and client outcomes. She always prioritizes delivering a high standard of care, which is seen in the methodical, yet individualized approach offered by our Exeter Township autism services. She has been deep diving into ABA 101 training theories, which Laura is using to continuously strengthen her staff’s education. Laura’s Applied Behavior Analysis experience has been accrued working with individuals aged 2- 21 on the autism spectrum in school, home, and clinic settings since 2008. Laura received her M.Ed. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Her professional interests include linking assessment to treatment, incorporating instructional design to increase behavioral fluency, and function-based treatment of severe problem behavior.
