Our intake number connects directly with our Care Coordination team - no confusing voice prompts to navigate.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator who will guide you every step of the way!

Most of our team members have experience working in our clinics, so they’re well-equipped to answer all your questions about ABA Therapy.

Our Care Coordinators will reach out to your insurance company to get all the coverage details for you!
1. Initial
Phone Call
Our team gathers information about your child and family to ensure our program is the right fit!
2. Collection of Documentation
We collect the documents needed to complete our intake process.
3. ABA
Assessment
We schedule an assessment to observe your child to identify their unique skills and needs.
4. Treatment Plan Creation
We use your child’s assessment to create an individualized treatment plan!
Initial Phone Call
From your first phone call or online inquiry, you’ll have a dedicated Care Coordinator by your side to make this process seamless. Most of our team has experience working in our clinics, so don’t hesitate to ask us anything about our ABA therapy program. We’re here to help you every step of the way!

Collection of Documentation
Insurance mandates we collect specific information prior to moving forward. The information we collect is:
- A doctor’s prescription
- A diagnostic report for autism
- Front and back image of your insurance card
ABA Assessment
Once your documentation is submitted and approved, we’ll schedule an assessment with one of our friendly Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). During this assessment, we’ll take the time to observe and understand your child’s skills and needs. This helps us create personalized goals for their treatment plan!

Treatment Plan Creation
Following the assessment, we’ll create a report with recommendations for services. We’ll meet with you to walk through the entire report and plan. Once you’re on board, we’ll submit the report to your insurance company for approval. As soon as we get the green light, we can start services right away!
