Responsibilities of a BCBA
- Conduct autism assessments.

- Develop & implement behavior therapy plans.
- Supervise fellow staff members such as registered behavior technicians.
- Perform routine client evaluations to adjust the behavior plan as needed.
- Communicate plan progress to family members and caregivers
