Fali Sidhva

Fali has over 30 years of experience leading successful healthcare organizations across the country. He establishes a positive organizational culture of personal responsibility, creating ownership at every level – producing measurable, consistent, sustainable results. His approach to people, processes and culture creates an environment that is the foundation for growing successful healthcare organizations.
Fali has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay, and has been trained at the INSEAD School of Business in France.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeanine Weichelt, M.Ed., BCBA
Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.
Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Koczo
Andrew has over a decade of experience in strategic finance roles, and has worked as both a healthcare investment banker and investor. He has worked with healthcare companies ranging from family and founder owned small businesses to Fortune 100 enterprises on M&A, financing, and other strategic transactions. Andrew has a passion for working with organizations like Helping Hands that improve access to high quality healthcare for families.
Andrew has a BA from Swarthmore College and MBA from Columbia Business School.
VP HR Operations
Busayo Ola Ajayi, MS, SCP, SPHR, SPTDC, PAHR
Busayo is a healthcare leader and innovator with over 15 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. She is passionate about helping healthcare professionals create phenomenal work environments that foster culture, engagement, and performance. Busayo’s previous experience was with a consulting firm that provides data-driven people strategies for healthcare leaders and organizations. With her experience in leadership and learning in organizations, Busayo has designed and delivered numerous programs, events, and content for healthcare leaders.
Busayo has an MSHRD in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
Director of Marketing
Colleen MacDonald
Colleen brings 10 years of experience in corporate brand marketing. She has led numerous successful marketing campaigns for iconic brands across various media channels throughout her career so far. Colleen brings her enthusiasm for brand stewardship to ensure all facets of Helping Hands Family holds the highest quality and care needed in this industry.
Colleen has a BA in marketing from University of Pittsburgh with a certificate in Leadership and Ethics in Business.
Director of Talent Acquisition
CJ Warner
CJ offers over 20 years of direct recruiting experience with a heavy focus on the services industry. He resides in Abington PA with his three daughters. When he is not working or spending time with his family, CJ volunteers with the Abington Fire Company.
VP of Strategy
Alec Bronder
Alec brings 7 years of experience in healthcare services as an operator at fast-moving and high-growth companies and as a strategy consultant to payors and providers. He is enthusiastic about raising the standard of care for clients and aligning incentives in the US healthcare industry to improve outcomes, provide a better experience and lower the total cost of care.
Alec received his BS in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Health Care Management.
