Chief Operating Officer

Jeanine Weichelt, M.Ed., BCBA

Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.

Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.

Catherine Hinckley, MS, BCBA

VP of Clinical Services

Catherine Hinckley, MS, BCBA

Catherine Hinckley is a respected clinical leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with nearly 20 years of experience. As Vice President of Clinical Services at Helping Hands Family, she drives clinical innovation, staff development, and high-quality care across multiple states.

Previously, Catherine was Chief Clinical Officer at Mission Autism Clinics, where she helped build the organization from the ground up – shaping policies, training, and partnerships to expand ethical, evidence-based services. She has also held key leadership roles at North Shore Pediatric Therapy and the New England Center for Children, mentoring teams and developing support systems for clients and staff.

Catherine earned her MS in ABA from Northeastern University and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2010. She remains active in research, training, and community collaboration.

Director of Quality and Education

Jessica McGlone, MA, BCBA, LBS

Jess McGlone has nearly 20 years of clinical experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has experience managing therapeutic clinics, and providing support and mentorship to BCBA and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff. In her role as Director of Quality and Education, Jess hopes to uphold and elevate the standard of care we provide to our clients. She also has a passion for staff development and clinical growth.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rosemont College, her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College, and her Master’s certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.

Julie Meter, M.S., BCBA, LBS

Julie brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and is a highly regarded clinician in Philly in the ABA community. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she believes every child is unique and deserves an equally unique care plan. Julie is passionate about supporting team members to provide collaborative and innovative care to ensure each child has the best team and outcomes possible. She has provided clinical and operational leadership to growing teams and is excited to increase access to high-quality care for children with autism. 

Julie graduated from Penn State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Public Relations and received a Master’s degree with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from St. Joe’s University.

Kate Dalcour, M.S., BCBA, LABA, LBS

Kate brings over 20 years of ABA experience—and more than a decade as a BCBA—to her role as Director of Integrated Therapy Services at Helping Hands Family. Her passion lies in delivering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each child and family.

She emphasizes caregiver training and collaboration with other professionals to ensure consistent, well-rounded support that extends beyond the clinic.

Kate holds a bachelor’s in psychology with a focus on developmental disabilities from UMass Amherst, a master’s in special education from National University, and completed her ABA coursework at St. Cloud State University.

Caitlin Neiswender, M.A., BCBA, LBS

Regional Clinical Director

Caitlin Neiswender, M.A., BCBA, LBS

Caitlin Neiswender is a seasoned behavior analyst and clinical leader with over 15 years of experience in autism services. As Regional Director of Quality at Helping Hands Family, she drives clinical excellence across Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Her background includes leadership roles at Mission Autism Clinics and The Vista School, with expertise in direct care, staff training, program development, and quality improvement. With training in both ABA and Organizational Behavior Management, Caitlin builds systems that support effective care and team success.

She earned her Master’s in ABA from Western Michigan University under Dr. Richard Malott, a renowned behavior analyst. She is a published presenter and former certified CLM coach, known for practical, person-centered approaches that enhance outcomes for individuals with autism.

Paige Pieretti MS, BCBA, LBS

Paige Pieretti is a passionate behavior analyst dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism through evidence-based care. As Regional Director of Quality at Helping Hands Family, she leads with a focus on individualized treatment, ethical practice, and lasting positive change.

With a strong background in ABA, Paige is skilled in behavioral assessments, data-driven planning, and continuous treatment evaluation. She’s known for her commitment to clinical excellence and advancing the field through research, staff development, and community engagement.

Paige holds a Master’s in ABA from Florida State University and a bachelor’s in psychology from James Madison University. She stays current with the latest in behavior analysis through ongoing professional development.

Vanetta HHF

Executive Clinical Director

Dr. Vanetta LaRosa, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA-D

Dr. Vanetta R. LaRosa has dedicated her 30 year career to helping individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, profound multiple disabilities, ADHD, behavioral challenges and more.

Vanetta completed a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a sub-specialty in human learning and development from Southern Illinois University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst. Dr. LaRosa completed a Post Doctoral Re-specialization in 2016 under the professorship of the esteemed Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg, a world leader in Neuroscience.

Vanetta teaches both undergraduate and graduate psychology courses for 20 years. In addition to her editorials, publications, and presentations, she also founded and leads a charitable recreational program for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
