The referral bonus is open to all team members.
Part-time referral hire bonuses are 1,500 for BCBAs and $750 for RBTs.
This bonus paid in 2 installments: 1st payment is paid after 30 days of employment & 2nd payment is paid after 90 days of employment.
The referral bonus will be included in the closest pay period after each time frame is completed.
Direct manager of open position, recruiting team, and marketing team are excluded from receiving this bonus.
