Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a part time BCBA for clinicians who are ready to move beyond just managing a caseload and start shaping clinical quality, mentoring others, and growing into leadership.

Why BCBAs Choose HHF (What’s Actually Different):

  • Caseload you can sustain: Max 10 clients, ~28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
  • Leadership without overload: Mentor BCBAs + RBTs without carrying an inflated caseload
  • Real clinical support: Ongoing access to Clinical Directors + Regional Directors of Quality for case consultation
  • Clinic environments that support real therapy: Sensory rooms, gross motor spaces, and fully equipped centers
  • Stronger RBT pipeline: Our RBT Rise and Fellowship programs mean better-trained, more consistent staff

What You’ll Gain in This Role:

  • Mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows
  • Influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards
  • Contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives
  • Build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership

Common next steps from this role:

  • Lead BCBA
  • Clinical Supervisor
  • Clinic Director
  • Organizational Clinical Leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Bonus potential: Up to $20,000 annually
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, Paid Family Leave
  • CEUs: $500 annual stipend
  • Clear promotion pathways (not vague “growth opportunities”)

What Your Week Actually Looks Like

  • Work with children ages 2–18 (majority early intervention)
  • Supervise and support up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and review progress
  • Collaborate regularly with clinical leadership on complex cases
  • Participate in mentorship and leadership activities (not just billables)

Billable expectations are not tied to your compensation—you’re paid for your full role, not just hours.

What You Need:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • State licensure
  • ~2+ years as a BCBA (3+ years in ABA total preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and interest in mentorship/leadership

Who This Role Is Perfect For:

  • BCBAs ready to step into leadership without sacrificing work-life balance
  • Clinicians frustrated by high caseloads + low support
  • Those who want to influence care beyond their own clients
  • Future Clinical Directors who want structured growth, not guesswork
