What Your Week Actually Looks Like
- Work with children ages 2–18 (majority early intervention)
- Supervise and support up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and review progress
- Collaborate regularly with clinical leadership on complex cases
- Participate in mentorship and leadership activities (not just billables)
Billable expectations are not tied to your compensation—you’re paid for your full role, not just hours.
What You Need:
- Active BCBA certification
- State licensure
- ~2+ years as a BCBA (3+ years in ABA total preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and interest in mentorship/leadership
