We are passionate about supporting our staff through training and providing opportunities for advancement so you can be full focused on providing the best care to our children.

We’ve created extensive training programs for our team. The reason is simple: we’re not only committed to our clients, but to our amazing team of clinicians as well—we want to see you all achieve great things.

The initial training program for our clinical team members in the field exceeds industry standards. At the end of the 4-week program, every new Behavior Technician and BCBA will have the skills and tools they need to make a profoundly positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

We also provide regular, ongoing training for all clinical staff, a defined career ladder, management and business training opportunities for those aspiring to hold administrative roles, as well as paid RBT training and certification.

BACB Supervision & Mentorship Program

When you join Helping Hands Family, you are joining a family who takes care of each other. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to continue to grow and learn in your career.

The BACB Supervision & Mentorship program is routed in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis provide a wide range of training opportunities for those studying to work with children in the field. This program is 100% FREE to applicants accepted into the program. 

The program is available to aspiring BCBAs on our team who are enrolled in an approved BACB course sequence and work an average of 20+ hours weekly for Helping Hands Family.

Mentee & BCBA in Training

  • Full-Time & Consistent Schedules

  • Opportunities for restricted and unrestricted hours including:
    • Completing skill assessments
    • Building data collections
    • Analyze client progress and behaviors
    • Participating in training of RBT Team
    • Completing direct work with clients

Mentee

  • Enrollment in a BACB approved ABA Graduate or Certificate program

BCBA in Training

  • Master’s Degree or Certificate from BACB approved Graduate Program, but still in need of supervision hours.

or

  • 50% of Master’s coursework and Supervision Hours completed.
