Our Simple Process

Initial meeting

From the first phone call or online inquiry to our clinic, you’ll have a seamless experience that starts with meeting us and learning about our program to make sure it’s a fit for your child and your family. An intake specialist will review what documentation you will need to gather. These include a doctor’s prescription with a diagnostic report and your insurance card.


Once documentation has been submitted and approved, we schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that takes four to six hours in our clinic or in your home.  We observe and assess your child’s skills during this time. We also encourage you to ask any and all questions.

Report and recommendations

Following the assessment, we provide a written report with recommendations for services. We also meet with you in person to walk you through the report. The report with our recommendations is then submitted to the insurance company for approval. After approval, services can start immediately.
