He establishes a positive organizational culture of personal responsibility, creating ownership at every level – producing measurable, consistent, sustainable results. His approach to people, processes and culture creates an environment that is the foundation for growing successful healthcare organizations.
Fali has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay, and has been trained at the INSEAD School of Business in France.
Jeanine Weichelt, M.Ed., BCBA
Chief Operating Officer
Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.
Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.
Crystal Harms, M.Ed., BCaBA
Crystal brings over 20 years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education fields to Helping Hands Family. She is passionate about using research proven methods of teaching and engagement to help children with autism thrive.
In her role as Clinical Director, Crystal supervises BCBAs in their planning and implementation of each child’s individual learning program. She closely follows each client’s unique progress and overall development.
Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Arcadia University and has been a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for over 20 years. Crystal is an adjunct professor for Rowan University in the Psychology department.
Dr. Vanetta LaRosa, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA-D
Dr. Vanetta R. LaRosa has dedicated her 30 year career to helping individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, profound multiple disabilities, ADHD, behavioral challenges and more.
Vanetta completed a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a sub-specialty in human learning and development from Southern Illinois University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst close to 20 years ago and is a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst. Dr. LaRosa completed a Post Doctoral Re-specialization in 2016 under the professorship of the esteemed Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg, a world leader in Neuroscience.
Vanetta has shared her knowledge through coaching and education – teaching both undergraduate and graduate psychology courses for 20 years. She currently serves as the Executive Director at Helping Hands Children Services in East Northport, NY. In addition to her editorials, publications, and presentations, she also founded and leads a charitable recreational program for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
Her passion and life-long service to people with Autism, other neurodevelopmental and intellectual disabilities makes her a true advocate for all people with differing abilities.
