Fali has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay, and has been trained at the INSEAD School of Business in France.
Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.
Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.
Crystal brings over 20 years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education fields to Helping Hands Family. She is passionate about using research proven methods of teaching and engagement to help children with autism thrive.
Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Arcadia University and has been a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for over 20 years. Crystal is an adjunct professor for Rowan University in the Psychology department.
Dr. Vanetta R. LaRosa has dedicated her 30 year career to helping individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, profound multiple disabilities, ADHD, behavioral challenges and more.
Vanetta completed a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a sub-specialty in human learning and development from Southern Illinois University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) and is a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst. Dr. LaRosa completed a Post Doctoral Re-specialization in 2016 under the professorship of the esteemed Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg, a world leader in Neuroscience.
Vanetta teaches both undergraduate and graduate psychology courses for 20 years. In addition to her editorials, publications, and presentations, she also founded and leads a charitable recreational program for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
Christiana has over 23 years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis field.
In her role as Clinical Director, Christiana supervises BCBAs in their planning and implementation of each child’s individual learning program. She closely follows each client’s unique progress and overall development.
Christiana holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Duquesne University and ABA Course Work completed Pennsylvania State University.
Colleen has 6 years experience in corporate brand marketing. She has led numerous successful marketing campaigns for iconic brands across various media channels throughout her career so far. Colleen brings her enthusiasm for brand stewardship to ensure all facets of Helping Hands Family holds the highest quality and care needed in this industry.
Colleen has a Bachelors degree in marketing from University of Pittsburgh with a certificate in Leadership and Ethics in Business.
Erika has 3 years experience in investment banking where she worked closely with several companies, financial sponsors, and credit investors in originating capital market transactions. Erika brings her experience in finance and accounting to strategically grow Helping Hands Family, while partnering with business owners to provide services and solutions with the highest quality for patients and families.
Erika has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
