Are you an innovative recruitment marketer who wants to make a difference with their work?

Our growing healthcare startup has an opening for a full-time, digital advertising professional that is dedicated to building our workforce and running recruitment campaigns.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Own social platforms to drive the growth of our applicant audience across multiple channels to acquire new team members.
  • Set Up, Execution, and Tracking of Recruitment Facebook campaigns, Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Coordinate and assist with production of recruitment ads and execution.
  • Set up paid campaigns across various channels, including experimenting with new channels for growth.
  • Conduct daily review and modifications to ongoing digital campaigns.
  • Create content, graphics and images as needed.
  • Assist with implementation of tracking and goal conversion setup.
  • Keep up with new technologies as needed to ensure ongoing competitiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Broad range of experience across multiple aspects of online marketing (paid, social, SEO, etc).
  • Experience with paid campaigns across different platforms (Google AdWords, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Ability to use data to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Experimental, open to trying and exploring new avenues to accomplish our goals.
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically. Data driven mindset and experience leveraging analytics to help make decisions on how to best leverage our resources across marketing.
  • Deadline oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Thirst for learning and interested in building a business…not just a job.
  • Good aesthetic eye towards design a plus.

  • Pay: $45,000 to $65,000 per year
